Orders are vacuum-sealed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, Monday to Saturday, from our Darjeeling base.

Every parcel ships with tracked, insured courier service. You receive a tracking link by email the moment it leaves us.

Prices exclude local import duties or taxes, which may be collected by your carrier on delivery for some countries.

✦If your tea arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.

✦For quality concerns, we may ask for a photo of the item and batch code so we can make it right.

✦Unopened, undamaged items may be returned within 14 days; return shipping is covered by us when the fault is ours.

✦For food-safety reasons, opened tea tins and pouches cannot be returned unless faulty.

✦Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.
